POSTGRADUATE CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA AND MASTER’S

This flexible modular programme of the University of Wales has been designed to facilitate part-time study with multiple exit points. Generally the MA will take three years of part-time study.

Year one comprises two taught modules of 30 credits each. At the end of year one candidates may choose to exit with the Postgraduate Certificate in Implicit Religion.

Year two comprises a further two taught modules of 30 credits each. At the end of year two candidates may choose to exit with the Postgraduate Diploma in Implicit Religion.

Each module in years one and two will be assessed on an assignment of 7,500 words which should include three components:

In year three candidates complete a dissertation of 15,000 words leading to the degree of MA.

Candidates who have successfully completed the MA may apply for registration for the DMin. The DMin requires registration for a further three year period of part-time study leading to a research dissertation of 50,000 words.

These courses are also available as full-time programmes of study.
